Step 3 — How to Listen for Results
  • Daily: 1–3 hours, even as background listening while working, resting, or praying.
  • Volume — the mixing point: set the track just below your tinnitus, so you can hear both at once.
  • Headphones: recommended; open-back lets ambient sound in while still delivering the frequency.
  • At night: very low volume if tinnitus disrupts sleep.
  • Commitment: 90 days minimum — the brain needs time to retrain.
  • No headphones? A speaker near your head at low volume still works.
