WaterMusicology Terms of Service

1. Who we are. The WaterMusicology Healing App ("the App") is operated by WaterMusicology LLC, West Chester, Ohio, USA. Contact: healing@watermusicology.com.
2. Wellness, not medical care. The App provides sound for relaxation and personal wellness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including tinnitus. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, and nothing in the App is medical advice. Stop listening if you feel discomfort, keep the volume at a comfortable level, and consult a qualified professional about any medical concern. Do not use the App while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
3. Who may use the App. You must be at least 18 years old. The App is not for anyone under 18.
4. Membership and billing. Membership is $14.99 USD per month, billed monthly through Stripe. New members receive a 3-day free trial; a card is required to start it, and the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Membership renews monthly until canceled. Promotion codes, where valid, reduce the price as shown at checkout. If we change the price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to you.
5. Cancel any time. Cancel in My Account → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. To avoid being charged, cancel before your free trial ends.
6. No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
7. Existing members. Members who joined before the $14.99 plan keep their current access and are not charged unless they choose to subscribe.
8. Your account. Keep your sign-in private. One person per account. You may not copy, resell, record, or redistribute the App's audio.
9. Content and rights. The App's audio, text and design belong to WaterMusicology LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to listen.
10. Listening progress features. Features such as Daily 22 count playback observed in the App and are provided for personal encouragement. Rewards, if any, are announced separately and are not guaranteed.
11. Availability and liability. The App is provided "as is" and may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, WaterMusicology LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
12. Changes and contact. We may update these terms and will post the new version here; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: healing@watermusicology.com.
